Hey! Today we are showing you how we are getting our summer bodies doing this exercise routine. We’ve been doing these exercises once a week for about 2 months now. So we hope these help and inspire you!
1. First exercise we do is 20 minutes cardio – 10 minutes on the cross trainer and 10 minutes on the treadmill.
2. Now we do 10 minutes of weights!
2 minute wide squats with weights
2 minute narrow squats with weights
2 minutes triceps
2 minutes Biceps
2 minutes front raise
3. Finally 10 minutes of abs! (to get that bikini stomach!)
we do xhits 10minute abs workout on youtube and afterwards we do some sit-ups!
